i’ve been there. i remember one winter not too long ago, feeling like every gray day blurred into the next. i’d wake up with no energy, my thoughts racing with everything i hadn’t done, and the gloom outside seemed to mirror how i felt inside. even when i tried to stay busy, the anxiety sat in the background, whispering that something was wrong—even when i couldn’t put my finger on what.

but here’s what i learned: winter doesn’t have to own you. it’s a tough season, yes, but there are ways to find light, warmth, and connection, even on the coldest days. let’s dive into why winter impacts anxiety so much and the steps that helped me—and could help you too—navigate this season with a little more ease.
